HR GENERALIST

Humangest spa is looking for a HR GENERALIST to join an important client company. The resource, inserted within the HR function, will support all activities related to personnel management and development. The HR Generalist will have a key role in ensuring the correct application of HR company policies, promoting a positive organizational climate, and contributing to the growth of people and organization. Main activities and responsibilities: -Management of recruitment and selection processes: publishing job announcements, screening CVs, selection interviews, onboarding new hires. -Support for personnel administration: managing absences, contracts, mandatory communications, holidays, and leave. -Collaboration with the labor consultant for wage and regulatory compliance elaboration. -Management of training plans and employee development activities. -Support to managers in evaluating performance and career paths. -Monitoring of company climate and internal relations management. -Drafting and updating HR policies. -Ensuring compliance with labor laws and correct application of reference CCNL. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, or related fields -At least 2 years of experience in similar roles within structured corporate contexts or PMI -Good knowledge of labor law and main HR practices -Excellent proficiency in the Office package and main HR management tools -Good relational, organizational, and problem-solving skills -Reserve, precision, and teamwork attitude. Direct insertion into company offered. Salary commensurate with candidate experience.
