HR Generalist (gn)

For one of our clients in Munich, we are looking for an HR Generalist (gn) starting immediately on a full-time basis. Your tasks: Support and guidance for all employees and management staff on all personnel-related topics
Collaboration with Works Councils / Personnel Services / central Service departments
Processing the time-tracking system
Preparatory work for salary calculation
Creation of evaluations and statistics
Supporting recruitment: Screening and processing job applications, as well as accompanying interviews
Handling general personnel administration (organizing employee clothing, assigning lockers and access permissions etc.)
Your profile: A successfully completed commercial education, ideally with further training in HR management (m/w/d)
Professional experience in a comparable position
Proficiency in MS Office package and knowledge of SAP-HR and time management
Excellent communication skills and teamwork, as well as a liking for contact
Quick understanding and a careful, independent, and structured working method
