HR Generalist (gn)

The 3D-aero GmbH is a Tech company from Hamburg with about 70 employees and has been a proud part of MTU Aero Engines AG since December 2024 – one of the world's leading companies in the aerospace industry. We develop customer-specific automation solutions for aircraft production and other industrial sectors. In doing so, we use optical sensor technology and modern industrial robots together with KI-based data processing to develop tailored systems for our customers.

We are convinced that good personnel work is more than administration. Therefore, we are looking for an HR Generalist (gn) in full-time or part-time (at least 25 hours/week), who questions processes, brings new ideas and shapes a modern HR landscape together with us in an innovative high-tech company. In our small HR team, you will take responsibility, can quickly move something and experience HR in all its diversity.

Aufgaben

In this versatile generalist role, you will combine several areas of responsibility and have the opportunity to actively contribute to various HR topics and further develop them:

• Business Partner: You are a trusted point of contact for our colleagues in all HR matters and advise our executives sovereignly on personal and labor law issues.
• Recruiting: You are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from creating appealing job postings to reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews
• Administration: You keep our HR processes running smoothly – from preparing payroll accounting to maintaining personnel records, creating contracts, certificates, and absence management.
• Personal Development & Projects: You shape our personnel work actively, support topics in personal development, and drive the optimization of HR processes and the implementation of new HR initiatives forward.

Qualifikation

• A successful completed commercial training ideally with additional qualification as a personnel manager or a completed business studies degree with a focus on personnel
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in operational and strategic personnel management
• A strong hands-on mentality, the ability to prioritize tasks independently and implement them efficiently
• Discretion, organizational strength, and a high degree of reliability characterize you
• Very good German and good English skills
