Job description
Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and conduct effective recruitment strategies. Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks. Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes. Handle employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business results. Collaborate with management to resolve employee issues and improve overall employee experience. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
