HR Generalist & Finance

About the role: To support our rapid business expansion, we are seeking versatile professionals to join our People and Finance functions. We are looking for "Generalists" who can navigate the complexities of a high-growth environment. Finance: Prepare and review financial reports; Analyze budgetary data to inform business decisions; Identify areas for cost savings and optimize resource allocation; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 2+ years of experience in HR or finance; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Familiarity with HR systems and software.
