HR Generalist (d/m/w)
Your tasks: Support in recruitment, development, and care
Administration of personnel files and maintenance of the HR database
Contact person for employees in personal matters
Participation in creating employment contracts and certificates
Organization of training sessions and further education measures

Your profile: Completed studies in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent further education as a personnel manager (gn) or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Generalist (d/m/w) or in a similar position
Good knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining agreements, and social security laws, ideally including the IG Metall collective bargaining agreements
Structured, self-reliant, and meticulous work style with high flexibility
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) as well as good written and spoken English skills
