HR GENERALIST

The central office of Direzione Lavoro Group Spa, an agency for work in constant growth, is looking for a HR Generalist to be inserted within the staff at the Barletta office. In the role of HR GENERALIST, you will be responsible for the following activities: - RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION OF PERSONNEL: Publishing job announcements, screening, candidate interviews, presenting CVs to companies - PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION: Main activities, candidate registration, contract management (pay slips, holidays, permits, absences, sick leave, and leave), central office management, attendance tracking, archive management, updating regulatory norms, and ensuring the correct application - BUSINESS CLIENT AND EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT: Acting as an interface between employees and the company, providing support and consulting on work-related issues REQUIREMENTS REQUESTED: - Humanistic education - 2 years of proven work experience in the HR sector - Familiarity with digital HRIS software and main computer tools (office package) - Preferred requirement will be knowledge of the INTIWAY management system WHAT WE OFFER: - Initial fixed-term contract with the aim of indefinite employment - CCNL COMMERCIO - Level and classification will be discussed during the interview.
