HR GENERALIST

The Filiale Direzionale of Direzione Lavoro Group Spa, an agency for work in constant growth, is looking for a HR Generalist to be inserted within the staff at the Bari office. In the role of HR GENERALIST you will be responsible for the following activities: - RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION OF PERSONNEL: Publishing of announcements, screening, candidate interviews, presentation of CVs to companies - PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION: Main activities, candidate registration, contract management (pay slips, holidays, permits, absences, sick leave and leave), central office management, attendance tracking, archive management, updating of regulations and ensuring the correct application - CLIENT AND EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT: Acting as an interface between employees and the company, providing support and consulting on work-related issues REQUIREMENTS REQUESTED: - Humanistic education - 2 years of proven work experience in the HR sector - Familiarity with digital HRIS software and main computer tools (office package) - Preferred requirement will be knowledge of the INTIWAY management system WHAT WE OFFER: - Initial contract for a fixed term with the aim of indefinite employment - CCNL COMMERCIO - Level and grading will be discussed during the interview THINK YOU HAVE THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS?
