Starting early 2026 CRU is a Bible-based, interdenominational Christian youth organisation with a mission to help students in independent schools across Australia know and follow Jesus. Through holiday camps, educational camps, and school ministry programs, we impact thousands of young lives every year. We are seeking a HR Generalist / Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support across key HR functions for the entire organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation with a strong mission. About the Role: Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the HR Generalist / Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR function. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support for the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes. * Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. * Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System). * Assist with the administration of employee benefits and entitlements. * Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. * Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related information. * Assist with the coordination of training and development programs. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes. * Support the Head of People & Culture with other HR related projects and tasks. About You: * Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR role. * Strong administrative and organisational skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Experience with HRIS systems is highly desirable. * A demonstrated commitment to Christian faith and values.
