A successful HR Generalist should possess: - Bachelor's degree in economic, legal, or humanities disciplines. - Previous experience in human resources, preferably in the Financial Services/Banking sector. - Knowledge of Italian labor laws. - Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR digital systems. - Belonging to protected categories (Law 68/99). - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Fluent English.
