HR Generalist (8000-9000 PLN brutto)

We are looking for a experienced HR and Payroll Specialist to handle comprehensive HR processes.

Location: Kalisz

Your tasks:

• Comprehensive handling of personal matters (salaries, holidays, absences).
• Paying salaries and premiums, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Leading recruitment and termination processes.
• Supporting recruitment and organizing training.
• Participating in HR projects and process optimization.
• Serving as the first point of contact for all HR matters for employees in Poland.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an HR/Payroll Specialist
• Mandatory: fluent and communicative knowledge of English (at least B2/C1 level)
• Familiarity with MS Office.
• Current knowledge of labor law.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Independence and proactivity.
