Adecco For a growing company with modern orientation and diverse services in the kitchen and washroom area, we are looking for an experienced and empathetic person who will manage the entire HR lifecycle and professionally accompany leadership. Tasks - You will support around 100 employees along the entire HR lifecycle ? engaged, responsible, and forward-thinking. - You will advise leadership on labor law and personnel-related topics ? from long-term absences to disciplinary measures. - You will lead the recruitment process from A to Z and design a professional onboarding. - In an acting capacity, you will support in personal administration and salary processing via SAP. - You will accompany the annual salary round, review salary structures, and create relevant HR key figures. - In HR projects and process optimization, you will actively bring your expertise into play. Profile - Completed commercial basic education and further education in HR (e.g. eidg. Fachausweis) - Several years of experience as an HR Generalist: ideal for a small to medium-sized enterprise environment - Structured, efficient work style and enthusiasm for actively shaping HR topics - High social competence and joy in daily work with and for people - Very good German language skills and French language skills at least on the B2/C1 level ? Italian is a plus - SAP HCM knowledge is an asset.
