Activities:

• Independent management of the Employee Lifecycle from A to Z
• Support and advice for managers on HR-related issues
• Responsible for the monthly payroll run
• Processing of social security cases
• Coordination of absence management
• Creating reports
• Support in HR controlling
• Collaboration with the finance department
• Performing account reconciliations
• Participation in HR projects

Profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
• Several years of experience in a comparable role
• Very good German language skills, French language skills are an advantage
• Proficient IT skills
• You are a responsible and socially competent personality with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• You have a networked way of thinking and a quick grasp
