Responsibilities

Your field of activity

Our HR department ensures that our employees are professionally supported in all personnel-related matters, from employment to departure. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and numbers-savvy personality as an HR Specialist with a focus on Payroll Accounting, effective immediately or by arrangement.

• You will be responsible for the entire monthly payroll processing for our employees.
• In addition to payroll processing, you will manage HR administration, maintain employee master data, and process changes in SwissSalary.
• Onboarding and offboarding, employment contracts, certificates, and references are also part of your diverse range of tasks.
• As a competent point of contact, you will advise employees, construction managers, and department heads on payroll and social security law issues and independently handle social security and withholding tax settlements.
• The creation of HR evaluations, statistics, and year-end closing work in the payroll area complements your scope of duties.
• You will ensure the correct application of the National Collective Labour Agreement (LMV) and other industry-specific regulations.
• With your experience, you will actively contribute to HR projects and continuously develop our HR processes.

Work location: Lungern (OW)

Working hours: 80 - 100%

Qualifications

What you bring

• Commercial apprenticeship and further training in human resources or payroll accounting are advantageous (e.g., HR Assistant, HR Specialist with federal diploma or social security specialist diploma)
• Several years of experience in payroll accounting, ideally in the construction industry
• In-depth knowledge of social security and labor law; LMV knowledge is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems, preferably SwissSalary
• An accurate, structured, and discreet working style, as well as a high sense of responsibility
• Service-oriented, resilient, and team-oriented personality with an independent and reliable way of working
