Adecco is seeking a reliable and professionally skilled individual who feels at ease in the area of payroll and absence management and enjoys setting up administrative processes with precision and service orientation. Tasks - Co-responsibility for monthly payroll processing including adjustments and controls - Processing and maintenance of all administrative processes relevant to payroll - Handling and monitoring of events in absence management (accident, illness, parental leave, IV, etc.) - Control of absenteeism recordings in the time accounting system - Organization and coordination of the annual pensioner's assembly - Contact person for questions about payroll and absence management. Profile - Completed commercial education with several years of professional experience in HR and payroll - Further education in payroll or social insurance (e.g. Social Insurance Officer) - Fundamental knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance system - IT affinity and very good MS-Office skills (especially Excel) - Experience with Navision and UKA-Solutions is an advantage - Secure German language skills in writing and speaking - Trustworthy, service-oriented, and flexible personality with high social competence - Precise, structured, and independent working style.
