Key Requirements Proven experience in HR operations within Shared Services or GBS environments. Demonstrated experience in HR transition and transformation projects, including: o Feasibility and assessment o Solution design go Implementation and migration Strong project delivery experience, with the ability to manage workstreams and support programme execution. Experience in process migration, service transitions, or operating model design. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
