As we expand our team, we are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to join our dynamic workplace.Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews.Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into our team.Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.HR Administration:Maintain accurate and organized employee records and documentation.Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.Training and Development:Coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Track and report on employee training progress.Performance Management:Support the performance appraisal process and assist in gathering feedback.Collaborate in the implementation of performance improvement plans as needed.Compliance:Stay informed about local labor laws and regulations.Assist in ensuring the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.
