Job Title:

HR Executive – F&B & Salon Hiring Specialist

Location:

Mumbai (Only candidates from Mumbai will be considered)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality and salon roles (Chefs, Bartenders, Managers, Stylists, Makeup Artists, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
• Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist qualified candidates for final rounds
• Coordinate with hiring managers and outlet heads across cities for scheduling and feedback
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and job listings
• Support HR operations - onboarding, documentation, and HRMS updates
• Maintain smooth communication between corporate HR and outlet teams
• Work closely with the management on talent planning for new outlet launches

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-5 years in HR (preferably in F&B, hospitality, or salon industry)
• Strong knowledge of recruitment for customer-facing and operations roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals and social media hiring
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple requirements simultaneously
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
