Job description
Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork. Handle employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records. Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Support employees with any questions or concerns they may have. Ensure that all HR-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
