HR & Employer Branding Manager (m/w/d)

Job description

You come to the office, grab your first coffee and start the day. After a brief exchange with an employee, you take a look at the calendar: an interview, preparing payroll and later a brainstorm for new social media content. You like this mix. Proximity to people, organization in the background, and the chance to make it visible why it's worth working here.

You are the contact person, structural guide, and the person who ensures that employees feel seen and new talents find their way to us.

Why we're filling this role

Our colleague, who currently holds the position, is developing internally and taking on a new area of responsibility. Therefore, we are looking for someone who will take over the position and continue with responsibility and engagement.

Aufgaben

  • Recruiting & Applicant Management: You post job ads, conduct interviews, coordinate the process, and create employment contracts.
  • Payroll & Administration: You prepare payroll, maintain personnel records, and take care of administrative HR topics.
  • Social Media & Visibility: You develop ideas for our social media channels, take content from daily work, and set posts in operation.
  • Employer Branding: You ensure that we become visible as an employer, develop measures, and attract the right talents – strategically and operatively.People & Team Culture: You are close to our employees, recognize challenges early, and contribute to ensuring that everyone feels comfortable in their daily work.

Qualification

  • You speak German at a native speaker level – you communicate clearly, securely, and empathetically.
  • You enjoy being part of a team and actively shaping things.
  • You combine organization with creativity – you bring in ideas and implement them structuredly.
  • You are close to people, listen, and recognize what teams really need.

This gives you Extra Points

  • First experiences in personnel or organizational roles.
  • Basic knowledge of labor and social security law.
  • Experience in small or medium-sized enterprises (KMU).
