HR Director (Singapore/Malaysia) AKT

Responsibilities Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals across Singapore and Malaysia Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy Oversee the full HR lifecycle including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee engagement Partner closely with business leaders, regional HR, and global functions to drive alignment and business outcomes Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, employees, and external partners Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect for all employees Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems to enhance employee experience and organizational performance Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives
