About the Opportunity
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Review data on Workday & across multiple systems, cross referencing payroll processes & EA requirements & calculations.
- Analyse data & effectively liaise with stakeholders to check information is accurate.
- Review historical data & seek approvals for system updates with legal & IR updates.
- Review HR policies & procedures ensuring data is correct & updated.
- Effectively liaise with key stakeholders.
- Tertiary Qualifications with HR or related field.
- Sound HR experience with data, systems experience & payroll processes.
- HR experience in HR policies, payroll, Enterprise Agreements, legislation & contracts.
- Sound Workday Skills & Ms Office (Work, Excel).
- Excellent analytical skills & stakeholder engagement skills.
- Sound communication & interpersonal skills.
