HR Data Analyst

Job description

The Human Resources Services of the House of Commons are currently seeking to fill the position of HR Data Analyst.

In this role, you will support the development and improvement of HR data analysis, automation, and decision-support solutions that enable informed decisions and improve program implementation. You will integrate data from multiple systems, create reports and dashboards, and contribute to predictive modeling and workflow automation. By working closely with various stakeholders within HR, you will define reporting needs, ensure data accuracy, and provide relevant and exploitable HR insights.
