Job description
Transform human resources data into actionable insights that support decision-making regarding talent attraction, development, and retention, leveraging the corporate Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and artificial intelligence tools to automate reports and generate relevant findings for operations. Responsibilities * Build and maintain HR key performance dashboards (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, time to fill vacancies) * Extract, clean, and consolidate data from the corporate HRIS, climate surveys, evaluations, and payroll * Use generative AI tools to automate reports, summarize trends, and accelerate analysis * Support basic predictive analytics (turnover risk, performance patterns) * Translate findings into clear presentations for HRBPs, HR leaders, and business leaders * Ensure the quality, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related field * Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in data analysis * Advanced Excel and experience with visualization tools (Power BI or similar) * Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) applied to analysis * Availability to work 100% on-site * Analytical thinking and good communication of findings Desirables (add points) * Previous exposure to an enterprise HRIS (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM or similar) * Basic SQL or Python * Intermediate English Key Competencies * Analytical thinking * Data storytelling * AI fluency * Attention to detail * Confidentiality * Curiosity and continuous learning * Cross-functional collaboration
