We are looking for an HR cum Marketing professional who can handle a wide range of responsibilities including recruitment, employee engagement, training, marketing, branding, and corporate communications. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment and selection process management; - Employee engagement and retention strategies development; - Training programs design and implementation; - Marketing campaigns planning and execution; - Branding and corporate communications management. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing or related field; - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR cum Marketing role; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; - Proficiency in MS Office applications; - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
