As the result of an internal promotion, we have a vacancy for an experienced, proactive and confident HR professional to join our team to support clinics throughout Southland, South Otago and the West Coast.

Role responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment for our clinics, supporting local managers as new staff join our teams
• Regular engagement with staff on wellbeing initiatives driven through our HS&W Lead
• Early intervention on employment relations matters
• Supporting the local HR Manager in all related communications and relationships within all VetSouth clinics.
• HR and HSW administraton
  
  

Key Attributes We Seek:

• HR generalist experience
• Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proactive and highly motivated
• Organised, tech savvy and forward thinking
• Resilient
  
• Can adapt to a variety of different situations, and can manage working between an office and clinics
