HR Coordinator

Job Description SR HR Partner acts as a strategic and operative partner for stakeholders at all levels, including cross-sites matters with in HR. Acts as a guide for the leadership line in his/her area by exchanging views freely and as a corrective where necessary. Facilitates the HRL Strategy in his area of responsibility by implementing appropriate HR measures. Ensures the implementation of HR standards, policies, and processes in his/her area of responsibility. Advises leadership and associates on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners. Provides HR support and guidance to the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Supports the development of HR initiatives and projects, and contributes to the achievement of HR goals and objectives. Ensures the implementation of HR measures and initiatives in his/her area of responsibility, and monitors and evaluates their effectiveness. Provides HR-related training and development opportunities to employees, and supports the organization's diversity and inclusion initiatives. Maintains confidentiality and discretion in all HR-related matters, and adheres to HR policies and procedures.
