Job description
- In this role, you will significantly contribute to ensuring and further developing payroll quality in the REWE Group's trading companies.
- You create comprehensive control lists regularly, conduct offset tests, and develop quality dashboards to support your colleagues in payroll. Additionally, you process ad-hoc requests for key figures together with the teams and deliver fundamental analyses.
- You define, conceptualize, and optimize the payroll quality management and take over ongoing interpretation and deviation analysis.
- An additional focus of your activity lies in ensuring data quality, continuous data networking, and optimizing system interfaces.
- As part of cross-sectional HR projects, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and steering sub-projects and thus make an active contribution to the further development of our HR landscape.
