About the Role

• Take over the strategic FTE and personnel cost planning – from budget to forecasting – and keep our goals in mind.
• Steer the HR Reporting with clear Soll-Ist comparisons, deviation analyses, and management-tailored insights.
• Develop Reports & Dashboards in Excel/Power BI that automate processes and accelerate decisions.
• Analyse Headcount-, movement- and planning data and bring them into line with our hiring plan.
• Support operational units in crew planning and training management through reliable data and analysis
• Work closely with Finance, Payroll, and Crewplanung together to analyze personnel needs and ensure a solid data basis.
• Create and maintain personnel cost rates for the line result calculation and develop central HR key figures further

About You

• Completed studies in business administration, controlling, economics or a comparable field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR or financial controlling with demonstrable responsibility for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Very good Excel skills as well as experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for management dashboards.
• Familiarity with HR and finance systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, payroll systems); SQL basic knowledge of advantage.
• Analytical thinking and high numerical affinity combined with a structured, solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent German and very good English skills and the ability to convey complex topics clearly and addressably.
