The HR Consultant

The HR Consultant is the person who magically connects the right candidate with the right company. Here, we do not only look at the job content and task descriptions, but also at the personality of the candidate and the character of the company.

• Finding suitable candidates, specifically drivers, for the vacancies of our clients.
• Screening and interviewing candidates via phone, face-to-face, or Skype.
• Presenting these candidates and following, coaching, and guiding them during the application procedure.
• Advising both client and candidate on professional opportunities.

Profile of our HR Consultant

Do you have ambition? Do you want to grow and build a career where you can be proud of? Are you motivated, energetic, and have a huge drive? Then you might be the HR Consultant we are looking for! You also have the following characteristics:

• A higher diploma is a plus, but not a requirement. If you're looking for your first job, we'll make you a top performer in no time!
• A first professional experience is a plus, or you compensate for this with your motivation.
• You master the **Dutch language** perfectly in word and writing.
• If preferred, you also master the **French language**, but this is not a must.
• You want to move forward, learn, grow, and have fun at work.
