HR Consultant (Telco)

We are looking for a HR Consultant to support them on an urgent project with a telecom client on a 6-month contract Requirements 8 years in HR operations/HR transformation within complex, multi-entity environments; telco or large field/retail/contact center workforces preferred. Proven track record redesigning Hire-to-Retire processes and standing up HR Shared Services platforms for global organizations. Strong understanding of HR systems, including Workday, BambooHR, or similar. Experience with HR analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView a plus. Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Experience working on large-scale HR transformation projects a significant plus.
