About the job

We are looking for an HR Consultant for our office in Heist op den Berg for the Large Accounts division.

Your responsibilities

The task package consists of:

• You actively search for CVs of potential new employees via social media and job sites.
• You get energy from sales and telephone work;
• You follow your candidates from A to Z.
• When you receive that 'YES-phone call' with the great news that you can start your temporary worker, then you take care of all necessary administration.
• You gauge the satisfaction of newly hired employees.
• You extend the contracts of active temporary workers on a weekly basis.
• You complete social documents.
• You respond to incoming emails.
• You keep track of KPIs and also follow up with client evaluations.

• You possess good language skills: Dutch and English
• You are flexible and stress-resistant
• You possess a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent through experience)
• You possess good knowledge of MS Office
