Ali Professional, the division of ALI Lavoro specialized in personnel search and selection, part of W Group, international HR platform, is looking for HR Consultant for the branches in Portogruaro, Padova, Rovigo, San Donà di Piave.

We are looking for ambitious people who are inclined to step out of their comfort zone and take on new challenges with flexibility and enthusiasm.

What will you be doing?

You will enter Ali Professional with the goal of developing dedicatedly the service of Ricerca & Selezione, ensuring effective management of the sold service and stimulating promotion of other services added value of the Group.

In particular, you will perform the following activities:

• Development of new clients and active clients, identifying opportunities for collaboration with companies that may need recruitment services, as well as all services promoted by the Group.
• Close contact with client companies to understand deeply the professional profile sought, the required skills and the company context.
• Risk assessment through various channels of recruitment (e.g., internal databases, online job announcements, professional social networks and headhunting) to find suitable candidates.
• Selection of CVs from qualified and suitable candidates for the role required, filtering based on skills, work experience and personal attitudes.
• Individual or group interviews with candidates to evaluate their technical skills, soft skills and alignment with the values and corporate culture of the client.
• Presentation of candidates to the client.
• Monitoring of candidate insertion in the company and providing feedback to ensure satisfaction for both parties.

Requirements

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree
• At least 2/3 years of experience in selling recruitment services
• Passion for selling services, commercial development, research and selection
• Strong relationship skills and customer orientation
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
