Ali Professional, the division of ALI Work specialized in personnel search and selection, part of W Group, an international HR platform, is looking for HR Consultant in the branches of Bologna, Reggio Emilia, Ferrara, Cento, Casalecchio di Reno.

What will you be doing?

You will enter Ali Professional with the goal of developing dedicatedly the service of Ricerca & Selezione, ensuring effective management of the sold service and stimulating promotion of other services with added value from the Group.

In particular, you will perform the following activities:

• Development of new clients and active clients, identifying opportunities for collaboration with companies that may need recruitment services, as well as all services promoted by the Group.
• Close contact with client companies to understand the professional profile sought, the required skills, and the company context.
• Search through various channels of recruitment (e.g., internal databases, online job postings, professional social networks, and headhunting) to find suitable candidates.
• Selection of CVs from qualified and suitable candidates for the role required, filtering based on skills, work experience, and personal attitudes.
• Individual or group interviews with candidates to evaluate their technical skills, soft skills, and alignment with the values and corporate culture of the client.
• Presentation of candidates to the client.
• Monitoring of candidate placement in the company and providing feedback to ensure satisfaction for both parties.

Requirements

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in selling recruitment services
• Passion for selling services, commercial development, research, and selection
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
