HR Business Partner/In (m/w/d)
Job description
Your Tasks:
- You will support senior management in our large markets in all personnel-related matters throughout the entire employee life cycle.
- You will analyze economic and labor law problems and develop solutions in consultation with senior management and involved departments.
- You will serve as an interface between our markets and central HR for all HR-relevant topics.
- You will be in continuous exchange with senior management regarding our employee surveys and jointly implement measures that are carried out in the market.
- You will support our markets in recruiting, particularly for challenging positions.
- You will work on HR projects and shape the further development of the HR department together as a team.
- You will be closely aligned with the HR Business Partner Team.
