We look forward to getting to know you. In the personnel selection process, we are interested in your individual development and personality. We especially encourage you to apply if you have been negatively affected by one or more forms of discrimination.
We recognize that our work is not isolated from societal power structures and external influences. We operate in an environment that strongly challenges diversity - the more important it is for us to communicate clearly and transparently, and actively seek dialogue within the team.
A binding Code of Conduct (currently under revision) as well as an external Awareness-Person support us in this, helping us to create a space where mutual support is not only desired but actively lived. Therefore, we invite all employees and applicants to engage with the Code of Conduct and discuss it with us.
Our office spaces may have some possible barriers. If you would like to inform yourself about this before your application, please feel free to contact us in advance. We strive to provide the best working conditions for all people and work on individual solutions.
The button below takes you to our job application form: There, you can upload your contact information and CV as well as answer a few short questions about your experiences and motivations. No cover letter is required.
The process consists of two interview rounds, which will take place virtually and/or on-site at our office. In general, two people from the team participate in an interview.
