Job Description

• You advise our executives in the sales support department on HR core processes and strategic topics along the Employee Lifecycle.
• As an engaged HR Business Partner, you inform and communicate proactively and are a driving force for current HR focus topics.
• As a Sparring Partner, you are the first point of contact for labor law questions as well as internal standards and processes.
• You develop market analyses, actively scout trends to implement targeted innovative HR measures, and analyze and report regular HR key figures.
• Your tasks also include participating in cross-functional HR projects and taking over part of a project independently.
• You act as a proactive interface between sales and the departments or REWE People & Culture Teams and moderate workshops and events.
