Your Tasks HR Business Partnering: You have full responsibility for the recruitment process. As a consulting sparring partner, you accompany leadership and employees throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle. You are a trusted point of contact for all personnel-related topics and strengthen culture, performance, and collaboration. HR Administration & Payroll Interface You lead the HR administration for the Corporate Group. In close coordination with Payroll, you control and process payroll data, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records. You also support the development of HR processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Your tasks include: • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives • Providing expert advice on HR-related matters to leadership and employees • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion • Staying up-to-date with changes in labor laws, regulations, and best practices • Participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners • Providing support for employee onboarding, training, and development programs • Maintaining accurate records of HR-related data and metrics • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures • Supporting the development of HR processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
