HR Business Partner (Wallonie)
Job description
Act as HR point of contact for assigned departments;
Accompany managers in managing their teams, from onboarding to offboarding;
Counsel managers on HR questions, both operational and strategic;
Ensure the operational implementation of HR processes within the entities followed;
Participate in recruitment with recruiters and external partners;
Support change projects and initiate actions promoting company culture;
Contribute actively to continuous process improvement, systems, and HR tools (efficiency);
In parallel, contribute to transverse projects strengthening the organization;
Report directly to Business Line Manager on various HR KPIs.
