AS AN HR BUSINESS PARTNER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

· Acting as a partner and advisor to management in the area of people, team, and organization management,

· Diagnosing business needs and translating them into appropriate HR actions and solutions,

· Co-creating and implementing human capital management solutions that support the achievement of business strategies and goals,

· Supporting managers in planning and implementing organizational changes, including those related to structures, roles, responsibilities, and competency needs,

· Providing advice on personnel decisions, including development, promotions, retention, and other changes related to employees and teams,

· Supporting performance management, talent management, succession planning, and employee development processes,

· Supporting managers in developing leadership competencies and conducting challenging conversations and employee situations,

· Co-creating an organizational culture that fosters engagement, responsibility, collaboration, and development,

· Analyzing HR data and indicators and translating them into business recommendations and actions,

· Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and initiating and leading optimization projects,

· Participating in projects related to employee engagement, communication, and organizational development,

· Collaborating with HR teams in SECO/WARWICK Group companies, exchanging best practices, and participating in international projects,

  • Collaboration on communication projects and initiatives supporting employee engagement,

  • Collaboration with global HR teams, exchanging best practices, and implementing international standards.

KEY COMPETENCIES

· Higher education, preferably in management, economics, HR, psychology, or related fields,

· Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, including as an HR Business Partner or in a related role, involving independent collaboration with management,

· Professional experience gained in a production, industrial, technical, or project environment – a mandatory requirement!

· Practical knowledge of key HR processes, especially in the areas of: performance management, employee development, talent management, succession, and employee engagement,

· Experience in supporting middle and senior management,

· Good business acumen and the ability to analyze HR issues from the perspective of organizational goals, results, and needs,

· Ability to work with data, draw conclusions, and formulate business recommendations,

· Independence, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously,

· Ability to build partnership relationships, constructively challenge solutions, ask difficult questions, and propose alternative solutions,

· Very good knowledge of English, at a minimum B2 level.
