This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our team on a part-time basis (0.6 FTE). As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to your assigned business units and teams. This includes developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results, improving employee engagement and retention, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement organizational strategies that align with our company's overall goals and objectives.
