HR Business Partner North West

Cisalfa Sport, leader omnicanale for sport and lifestyle in Italy, with 155 direct sales points and over 3400 employees, seeks an HR Business Partner. The resource, reporting to the HR Retail Country Manager, will be responsible for developing human resources culture in the relevant commercial region, promoting HR projects, in line with the company's digital transformation, collaborating with network managers (e.g. Regional Manager, Area Manager, and Store Manager). It will be the point of contact between headquarters and the network to facilitate reciprocal information exchange aimed at implementing processes and identifying new needs.

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Ensure staffing for personnel employed in the relevant commercial region in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team at headquarters and area managers;
• Implement employer branding projects proposed by HQ, identifying colleagues most aligned to the goal and proposing local initiatives to increase employee engagement and attract candidates to the Group;
• Coordinate, manage, and supervise meetings aimed at implementing PMP; identify high-potential pipeline in line with the company's competence model and govern salary review processes respecting budgets in collaboration with the Regional Manager;
• Facilitate local labor relations and potential disciplinary disputes in coordination with the central HR legal department, the line manager, and involved employees;
• Ensure, through a deep understanding of people, correct application and management of personnel policies at the local level (transfers, job changes, contract modifications, etc.) and be a reference point for colleagues in managing aspects related to the Employee Life Cycle (e.g. periodic feedback, exit interviews, etc.), and administrative aspects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Humanities, Economics, Law, or similar;
• Prior experience of at least 5 years in a similar role in a retail reality;
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office package;
• Collaboration, problem-solving, and autonomy in managing assigned activities;
• Proactivity, ability to manage priorities, negotiate, and work in partnership with business functions;
• Availability for daily travel within the area of competence.
