HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner / Personnel Officer (m/w/d) for a segment of Xylem at our Langenhagen location (mobile work possible, hybrid).

In this role, you will be a sparring partner for our executives in all areas of personnel management. Professionally and solution-oriented, you will support the growth targets of the business.

Aufgaben

• You advise executives on various strategic and operational HR topics and stand by their side as a supporting hand
• You are the point of contact (m/w/d) for all employees and executives regarding tariff, labor law, and personnel economic issues
• You identify trends in personnel management and initiate sustainable improvement measures
• You establish and adapt local HR guidelines under consideration of statutory requirements and company standards
• You ensure the implementation of global Xylem guidelines at the regional level and translate these into effective local processes
• You act as a Change Enabler and actively drive organizational change processes forward
• You support executives and teams in implementing changes successfully and further developing them
• You take over your own projects and actively contribute to continuously improving HR experience
• You masterly coordinate with the Works Council, negotiating and concluding collective agreements in consultation with relevant stakeholders
• You work globally and regionally with HR colleagues together to achieve common standards that align with our global HR strategy

Qualifikation

• Degree completed
• Multiple years of experience as an HR Business Partner (m/w/d) or in comparable positions
• You are motivated to develop solutions with colleagues, characterized by your pragmatism
• Very good German and English language skills
• Experience in dealing with the Works Council / Trade Unions and negotiating collective agreements, as well as knowledge of labor law and employment law
• You stand out through addressable and clear communication, assertiveness, and a developed negotiation skill when interacting with our customers
