As a digital organization, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/w/d) who will support our teams in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business success. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR consulting, be familiar with HR software solutions, and have excellent communication skills. In this role, you will work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business success • Providing HR support to the management team • Analyzing HR data and providing recommendations for improvement • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. You will also need to be proficient in MS Office and have experience with HR software solutions.
