HR Business Partner (m/w/d) - Westeuropa
Job description
We are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/w/d) for our client, a globally active and owner-managed company in the renewable energy sector, for the Western Europe region. The location is in a strong economic region in southwestern Germany.
The employer is involved in the development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale projects in the renewable energy sector. With a staff of over 100 people and a well-established presence in various European markets, the company stands for continuous growth, economic solidity, and long-term development opportunities.
The corporate culture is characterized by dynamism, openness, and a collegiate environment with short decision-making paths. The position being advertised arises as part of ongoing international expansion.
Tasks
- Strategic consulting and sparring for executives in Western Europe on all relevant HR topics
- Building, developing, and harmonizing international HR processes and structures
- Accompanying market entries and international growth phases
- Independent control and implementation of international HR projects (e.g., development of local compensation models)
- Collaboration with regional HR teams as well as external service providers and consultants
- Responsibility for topics related to visas, deployments, and international mobility
Qualification
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification
- Fundamental, international experience as an HR Business Partner
- Very good knowledge of German labor and social security law, as well as experience with global deployment processes
- Negotiation-safe German and English language skills
- Outstanding communication and consulting competence, high stress tolerance, and hands-on mentality
