HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

For an internationally positioned technology company with several German locations, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, you will advise executives and employees in a technically oriented division and shape HR topics from operational support to organizational development and change processes.

Tasks

• You advise and coach executives on all relevant HR issues.
• You support employee relations as well as labor and works constitution law issues and work trustfully with employee representatives.
• You shape organizational development, change management, performance management, and personnel development processes.
• You implement HR projects and improve policies, processes, and standards.
• You support group-wide HR initiatives as well as transformation, restructuring, and comparable change projects.
• You support workforce planning, recruiting, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• You have a completed university degree, preferably with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in operational HR work, ideally in an international environment.
• You possess sound knowledge of labor law, social security law, and works constitution law.
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and resiliently, and have consulting competence and diplomatic skill.
• You have experience in personnel recruitment, personnel development, organizational development, or change management.
• You communicate very confidently in German and English and master MS Office; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is desirable.
• You are willing to travel and value cross-location collaboration.
