HR Business Partner (m/w/d)
Job description
Job Description As HR Business Partner (m/w/d) you are the first point of contact for our executives on all HR topics. You act as an interface between various German business units and our HR department. The work can be partially done from home office. A regular presence in our office in Erkrath several times a week is desirable to promote close cooperation with the stakeholders. You advise and support the executives on all HR-related matters, including personnel planning, talent development, and organizational development. You also support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. Your tasks include, but are not limited to: • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in close cooperation with the management and HR department • Providing HR advice and support to the executives and other stakeholders • Analyzing and interpreting HR data and metrics to inform business decisions • Developing and implementing HR processes and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements • Collaborating with other HR departments and stakeholders to ensure a consistent HR approach across the organization • Identifying and addressing HR-related risks and opportunities • Maintaining a high level of expertise in HR topics and staying up-to-date with relevant developments and trends • Supporting the implementation of HR-related projects and initiatives • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all HR-related matters • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all HR-related matters • We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
