HR Business Partner (m/w/d) - Temporary 12 months, start mid-February 2026

Job Description To cover a temporary leave we're looking for an HR Business Partner (m/w/d), between the dates of February 15th 2026 - February 28th 2027. The HR Business Partner originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and ongoing development of a superior workforce. He/she is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of business goals and strategic initiatives. This includes the analysis of HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as the design and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive business results. The HR Business Partner will also serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and other stakeholders, providing guidance on HR-related matters and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. In addition, he/she will be responsible for managing and developing a team of HR professionals, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
