Tasks

• Counseling and advising employees on personnel-related matters
• Recruitment of new employees and management of an existing team
• Creation of job profiles, posting ads, using all recruitment tools
• General tasks in the area of personnel administration

Qualification

• Completed studies with a relevant focus or comparable degree, for example, personnel management
• Multiple years of work experience as a personnel officer or in the field of personnel management desired
• Familiarity with German and good English skills advantageous
• Communication strength, confident demeanor
• Structured and goal-oriented working method
• You are characterized by stress tolerance and willingness to engage
