HR Business Partner (m/w/d) Performance Management & Compensation

Tasks

• Systematic and analytical support of corporate-wide performance management processes (goal agreements, evaluations)
• Development and implementation of a market-oriented, strategy-conform, and employee-oriented compensation systematics
• Counseling local HR Business Partners on the application of SAP SuccessFactors and the flow of performance processes
• Analysis and reporting of performance data to derive strategic development measures
• Coordination and implementation of salary rounds and bonus processes
• Conducting market analyses and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation
• Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements (e.g. wage transparency, compliance, audit preparation)

Qualification

• Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on personnel or finance
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits or Performance Management, preferably in an international environment
• In-depth knowledge of compensation systems, grading models, and performance management processes
• Very good labor law knowledge, particularly in collective bargaining rights
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (especially Compensation and Performance modules)
• Project leadership experience in a transformation context, as well as high team orientation and consulting competence
• A very high level of discretion, integrity, and communication strength when dealing with sensitive data and executives
• Negotiation-safe German and English language skills
